Each peer coaching group consists of 8 entrepreneurs from noncompetitive businesses at similar stages of business and skill level.
The first three sessions are conducted over the first 8 weeks of the program.
In sessions 4 - 7 marketing, sales, financial management, and operational management topics will be discussed the first hour and peer group coaching/discussion will be the remaining 2 hours.
